Tenby is a very comfortable four bedroom, three bathroom home in Takapuna on Auckland's North Shore. It is located only a few minutes drive from the Harbour Bridge and Northern Motorway, but once there, leave the car and enjoy the delights of Auckland's finest beach suburb. It is a 3 minute walk down to the golden sands of Takapuna Beach and a 1 minute walk to the shops and restaurants of Hauraki Corner. The business and shopping centre of Takapuna is a 10 to 15 minute walk via the road or the beach. Takapuna Beach can be enjoyed at all tides and in all moods - it can be mirror calm, but when the wind blows from the East the surfers and boogie boarders are out in force. Join the many who walk the 1.3 km beach, and beyond.
The house enjoys stunning views over the Hauraki Gulf from the lounge, dining room, kitchen and deck. There are 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 in comfort and 3 bathrooms. All the expected facilities are provided - and a few you probably didn't expect, including:

The house was fully refurbished late 2008, with the only original feature being the carpet - as the saying goes, "it is an oldie but a goodie" so it stayed, despite the pattern!
