* Standard rates apply for up to 4 people. The extra charge applies (minimum 2 nights) if the sofa bed is required with a maximum of $100 per week. Maximum is 5 people.
We do not charge for babies who are not walking. A cot with linen is available for a single stay fee of $20

Minimum booking is 2 nights, except during Xmas New Year and peak periods when it is 6 nights and Bank Holiday weekends when it is 3 nights.
The minimum deposit is the cost of two nights accommodation for your party per booking (or per week for multiple week bookings) - so for a party of up to 4 would be $480 peak and $400 off-peak. The balance is payable by the end of the holiday stay. Payments by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) are preferred. Direct credit payments by prior agreement only. We do not accept cheques.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, deposit payments are refunded, less card handling fees (if applicable) if the cancelled nights are relet.
