Upstairs is the large lounge and dining room, which flows into the kitchen.  The deck runs full length of the house and with the 3 areas enjoys the stunning views of the Hauraki Gulf and Rangitoto Island. 

The large master bedroom has ensuite shower and toilet plus a walk in wardrobe.  The second bedroom has 2 single beds.  Between the 2 bedrooms is the main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

Downstairs are 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with 2 singles.  They are separated by the utility room with shower and toilet. 

There is rear access from the utility room to a small patio with table and chairs for catching the evening sun.  There are 2 large covered carports with under cover access to the front door.  Depending on size (and parking skills!) 3 or 4 cars can be parked.  There is unrestricted parking on the roadside.

The house is one of 4 attached units which share access to a large grassed area behind the properties and a good size front garden.  Normally you will have these to yourselves.
