Our rates are as follows.

* Standard rates apply for up to 4 people. Additional people are at the extra rate per person per night (minimum 2 nights) with a maximum of $120 per week.
Minimum booking is 2 nights, except during Xmas New Year and peak periods when it is 6 nights and Bank Holiday weekends when it is 3 nights.
There is no additional cleaning charge.
We do not charge for babies that are not walking and not occupying a separate bed.

The minimum deposit is the cost of two nights accommodation for your party per booking (or per week for multiple week bookings) - so for a party of up to 4 the deposit would be $520 peak and $440 off-peak. The balance is payable by the end of your stay. Payments by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) are preferred. Direct credit payments can be made by prior agreement only. We do not accept cheques.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, deposit payments are refunded, less card handling fees (if applicable) if the cancelled nights are relet.
