* Standard rates apply for up to 4 people. Additional people are at the extra rate per person per night (minimum 2 nights) with a maximum of $90 per week.
We do not charge for babies that are not walking. A cot with linen is available for a single stay fee of $20.
Peak times are clearly marked on the availability calendar
Minimum booking is 2 nights, except during Xmas New Year and peak periods when it is 6 nights and Bank Holiday weekends when it is 3 nights.
The minimum deposit is the cost of two nights accommodation for your party per booking (or per week for multiple week bookings) - so for a party of up to 4 the deposit would be $400 peak and $360 off-peak. The balance is payable by the end of your stay. Payments by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) are preferred. Direct credit payments can be made by prior agreement only. We do not accept cheques.
If you are considering a stay of 2 weeks or more, please contact us for special long term rates. Our longest booking to date is nearly six months, with a break in the middle for touring New Zealand!
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, deposit payments are refunded, less card handling fees (if applicable) if the cancelled nights are relet.
